Dr. Jarred Lockhart
Veterinarian

Dr. Lockhart grew up near Gladewater, TX and graduated from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008. After graduating he moved back to the Longview area to start practicing. Dr. Lockhart joined the staff at Judson Road Animal Clinic in 2011 and began to build the equine department of the practice.

Dr. Lockhart married his wife, Kelly, in 2000, and they have 3 wonderful children. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids; whether at some kind of sporting event or sitting by the lake. He attends church at Harleton Baptist Church and invites anyone who would like to drop in.

We know Dr. Lockhart to be a very devoted and hardworking individual. He is always very thorough whether he is treating a colic, suturing an injured animal or giving vaccines to a new puppy. Dr. Lockhart enjoys helping animals and truly loves what he does, and welcomes everyone to Judson Road Animal Clinic.

Dr. Katie Bibb
Veterinarian

Katie Garrett Bibb grew up in Marshall, Texas, and graduated from Marshall High School in 2012. Growing up, Dr. Bibb was very involved in her local 4-H and FFA Chapters. These experiences helped foster her passion for animals. After graduating high school she attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a degree in Animal Science in 2016. From there she attended Veterinary School at Mississippi State University – College of Veterinary Medicine. She graduated in April of 2020.

Dr. Trevor Hammons
Veterinarian

Dr. Trevor Hammons grew up in Choudrant Louisiana and completed his undergraduate degree in 2019 at Louisiana Tech University. He then attended and graduated from Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023. Dr. Hammons and his wife Mallory got married in 2023 and have three dogs Moss, Lincoln, and Rory. Dr. Hammons enjoys spending time outdoors, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dr. Hammons enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine and is looking forward to working with the people and animals at Judson Road Animal Clinic.

Vicki
Practice Manager

Vicki joined our team in February of 2012. Vicki has a long history of a banking background. Over the years here at JRAC Vicki has helped in different departments and is now our Practice Manager. Vicki has been married for 25 years to Dalton. Together they have a 15 year old son Marshall that keeps them busy with his baseball and basketball schedule. Vicki loves animal and volunteers locally with several organizations that rescue animals.

Makenzie
Veterinary Technician

Makenzie came to work at JRAC in January of 2018. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Houston with a Veterinary Technician Degree. She was born and raised in Longview, Texas. Makenzie has Pitbull named Samson, a Chihuahua named Oli-Bug, a Cat named Baby Bash, a Labrador retriever named Nala, and two rats that go by the name Cheech & Chong.

She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and family, as well as traveling with her dogs and riding horses. Whenever she is not working you can either find her eating at one of the local Mexican food restaurants, or lounging on the couch catching up on one of her favorite shows!

Traci
Veterinary Technician

Traci Started at JRAC in May of 2018. She was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Texas in 2015. Traci has been in Veterinary Medicine since 2001, she has had a love of animals since she was a child, when she would try to bring home every stay animal she could.

Traci not only cares for her patients, but their owners as well. She has 3 dogs, Luke, Beau, and Cowboy, as well as 2 cats, Sofie Bean and Joey. Traci also has two horses, Lincoln and Daisy. Traci has two sons, Ryan and Nicolas, along with her boyfriend Ed. In her spare time she loves working with horses, or spending time with her human kids and family.

Holly
Veterinary Technician

Holly joined JRAC in February of 2015. She was born and raised in Hallsville, Texas and never left her little town. Holly married her High School Sweetheart Keith. Together they have 3 beautiful daughters, Kylie, Natalee & Laney. Holly enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as working on the family ranch and loving all her 4- legged kids.

Holly and her family are active in their Schools FFA and 4H programs, where they raise and show Heifer and Market Swine. Holly took some time off from 2015-2018 for maternity leave and then to raise her kids.

She is excited to be back working with the staff here at JRAC and learning more about Vet Med. Holly loves her job and look forward to meeting yall and loving on your fur babies.

Jo
Veterinary Technician

Jo started with JRAC in August of 2018, after moving back to East Texas. She grew up in a military family and lived in many different places before she settled in Gilmer, Texas. She previously resided in Atlanta, Georgia where she worked as a nurse. It was at that time, she decided that her passion was working with pets.

Jo has 16 years of experience with small animal care. She loves the diversity of her day in veterinary medicine. Jo has 2 daughters, and 1 grandson along with her wonderful husband of 15 years, Angelo. Jo and Angelo share their home with 3 dogs Chloe, Boy, and Lucky. When not at the clinic Jo can be found on a cruise ship or trimming trees around Gilmer.

Kirbow
Veterinary Technician

Kirbow joined the Judson Road Animal Clinic team in July 2023. Caring for small and large animals is what he loves most about the vet industry – he even has four dogs and a horse at home!

Outside of work, Kirbow enjoys working with the youth ministry at his church, spending time outside hunting and fishing, and two-stepping in his free time!

Noah
Veterinary Technician

Noah first joined the Judson Road Animal Hospital team as a Kennel Technician in March of 2022. He is now a Veterinary Technician and is planning on attending vet tech school in the future! His favorite part about working in the vet industry? The clients, their pets, and his coworkers! Outside of work, Noah enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Araly
Customer Care Representative Supervisor

Araly came to work at JRAC in July of 2019. She was born in Dalton, Georgia, but moved to East Texas in February of 2010. Araly Graduated from Lindale High School and later attended TJC. Araly has been working in Vet Med since March of 2011. Araly has 2 dogs Venda a 9 year old Doberman, and Venny a 5 month old Doberman. When not at work she enjoys riding and taking care of her family’s horses.

Kristi
Customer Care Representative

Kristi is a graduate of Burleson High School. After graduation, she moved to East Texas in 1994. After returning to the piney woods, she met and married her husband, Bryan. They married in 1998.

Kristi has three daughters, Kassidy, Brylea, and Ashlea. She is also the proud grandmother of Blakely, River, and Addyson. Kristi has four dogs, Chini, Bud, Missy, and Shine.

Katie
Kennel Technician

Katie joined JRAC in November of 2019, she was born on Groundhog Day in 1990 in Oklahoma. Katie Graduated from Texas Tech University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science and an Equine Certification. Katie married her husband in July of 2014. Katie had a Boader Collie named Holo who is also a Therapy Dog. She also has a horse named Beau. In her free time, she loves reading and listening to music. Katie Loves taking care of all the fur Babies that come to visit/stay at JRAC.

Lisa
Customer Care Representative

Lisa was born and raised in Longview and attended Spring Hill High School. She worked for Spring Hill ISD and retired after serving 26 years. She started here at the clinic in June of 2022. Lisa has a daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Zac, and a son Luke. Lisa likes to spend her free time traveling to visit her kids and spending time outside. She is an animal lover and has a sweet dog named, Coco, and two grand dogs named Roxy and Khaleesi

Abby
Kennel Technician

Abby joined JRAC in September of 2022. Abby graduated from Cheshire High School in 2018 and attended Southern New Hampshire College. Her favorite part of working in the vet industry is taking care of all the animals. When she’s not at work, she still spends her time taking care of animals by feeding the stray dogs in her neighborhood. Abby also has pets of her own, two cats named Missy and Bleau, and two dogs named Scout and Mia.

Jessy
Technician

Jesenia (Jessy) joined the JRAC team in December of 2022. Jessy previously shadowed in the clinic, before joining our staff full-time. Jessy has been accepted into the Veterinary Technology program at Tyler Junior College. Jessy was born and raised in Longview Texas.

She lives on a farm with cattle, sheep, chickens, and her four dogs, Little Bit, Pepe, Chapo, and Boscoe. She also has three cats, Lily, Bella, and Coco. Jessy enjoys her time at the gym and spending time with her family and friends. We love having Jessy’s bubbly personality and contagious smile in the clinic. She looks forward to meeting your fur babies.

Karina
Technician

Karina joined our JRAC team in May of 2023. She’s a recent graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a concentration in Pre-Veterinary.

Karina has a little miniature poodle that you can find at reception at times, his name is Peluchin. Karina’s family owns a beef farm where she spent most of her life growing up. That’s where she found her love of animals. Karina has two personal cows named Betty and Chinchi. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and try new things. She also enjoys riding horses and playing volleyball. She looks forward to seeing you and your fur babies!

Dana
Veterinary Technician

Dana joined the JRAC team as a Technician in July of 2023. Dana was born in Marshall, Texas, and raised in Hallsville where she graduated from Hallsville High School in 2010. She attended Kilgore College and received a degree in insurance billing and medical coding. She grew up working in her mother’s restaurant, Backstreet Grill. She has worked with rescue groups and fostered animals for 10 years. In her spare time, you can find her helping animals in need, working with her mom on their food trailer, or spending time with her friends. Dana has a chihuahua named Milli, and 2 pit bulls named Leo and Stella.
